Our manifesto

Everything starts at zero.

Contact first. Sign first. Here is why we are building Nova, and what that zero in the middle of our name commits us to.

A lead has just filled in a form. Somewhere, a clock starts.

With every minute, their interest cools. With every hour, they sign somewhere else. Most sales teams lose that race without even knowing it started: the lead waits in a shared inbox, nobody owns it, and when the call finally goes out, it no longer rings in anyone's mind.

We built Nova to win that race. Not by pushing teams to run faster, but by removing everything between the lead and the conversation that should never depend on someone's memory.

That is where the problem actually sits, and it is badly named. People talk about "junk leads", about reps lacking discipline, about saturated markets. We have watched millions of leads go by, and that is almost never the explanation. The lead wanted to be called. The rep wanted to call. In between there was a shared inbox, a morning file, a burned number, a forgotten follow-up. A pile-up of small frictions nobody owns and everybody suffers.

Software doesn't make people better. It decides what is easy. So we made a simple choice: in Nova, the easy thing is calling the right person straight away. Everything else, the tool handles or drops.

A zero in the middle of the name

n0va is written with a zero. It isn't a typo, it is our signature. A name is a promise you can't take back: ours is written into the middle of the word, and we reread it every time we decide what to build. That zero says three things, and they hold up everything else.

0 is the second where everything is decided

A lead's clock starts at second 0, the moment they raise their hand. That is when Nova starts moving: capture, routing, first call, first conversation. Not in an hour, not "as soon as possible". From 0. Because a lead reached at second 0 picks up, listens, and signs.

That second has an inconvenient consequence: it can't be delegated to discipline. Nobody watches an inbox twenty-four hours a day, nobody remembers the fourth follow-up for a prospect met last week, and nobody should have to. A human team doesn't beat a clock. It wins when a machine holds the clock for it and hands back the only work that matters: the conversation.

That is why Nova doesn't just alert you. It captures, assigns, triggers, follows up, and keeps going in writing when the phone fails. Not to replace your reps, but so they spend their days talking to people who answer.

0 is also the number of obstacles we tolerate

Zero friction to start: an account is created in minutes, a source is connected in three steps. Zero friction to work: every screen answers one question, every action has a result. Zero bloat: when a feature complicates more than it helps, we don't build it.

Simplicity isn't a style, it is a discipline. It is paid for in features we refuse to add, in settings we decide on behalf of the customer, in screens we throw away after building them. It is the least rewarding part of our job, and the one that makes the difference between a tool you open every morning and a tool you put up with.

We are also wary of contracts that stand in for value. No setup fees, no mandatory training package, no three-year commitment to lock in a budget. We earn your month every month: it is harder on us, and it is the only honest position.

And then there is nova: what is new

A nova is a star that appears where there was nothing to see. It is the name we chose so we never forget where we come from: the conviction that this market deserved something other than heavy, expensive, joyless tools.

Innovation is at the heart of what we are, but not for the demo or the press release. It has a single judge: our customers' performance. A reachability rate that climbs, calendars that fill up, teams that sell. If an innovation doesn't move those numbers, it isn't innovation, it is decoration.

That is our position on artificial intelligence too. It doesn't summarise, it doesn't suggest, it doesn't pretend to think for you: it writes, it follows up, it books meetings in your calendar. And it knows what it doesn't do. It never advises a customer on a product, it doesn't pose as an expert in your field, it hands over as soon as the conversation goes beyond its role. A useful AI is a bounded AI.

Same for compliance. The rules have tightened, in France faster than elsewhere, and many see a constraint to work around. We see the opposite: calling people who asked to be called, at acceptable hours, keeping the proof of what they agreed to, is exactly the most effective way to sell. Compliance isn't a tax on our trade. It is its finished version.

What we promise

We start at 0: speed isn't a Nova option, it is its architecture. We stay simple: every new version has to be simpler than the last, not heavier. And we innovate for your numbers: everything we build is measured in your performance. Otherwise, we don't build it.

We also promise to stay on the right side of the table. Your data stays yours, hosted in Europe, exportable whenever you want, including the day you decide to leave. We don't sell your base, we don't recycle it, and we build nothing that would make leaving complicated. A product you keep because you can't get out isn't a product you love.

Your next lead's clock starts soon. Be ready at second 0.
