Nova, published by INVESTISSEMENT TECHNOLOGIES, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what personal data we process, why, for how long, and what your rights are, whether you are a visitor to our site, a user of our platform, or a prospect contacted by one of our customers.

Nova is a lead activation platform: it allows companies (our customers) to capture, route, contact and convert their prospects into meetings.

Three situations, three different regimes.
We collect the minimum necessary for the service. Calendar data connected to the platform (Google Calendar, Outlook) is read to display availability but is not stored in our database.
When a customer enables it, Nova sends conversion events (for example: meeting booked, contract signed) to the Meta and Google Ads advertising platforms, in order to improve the performance of our customers' campaigns. These are sent with identifiers hashed in SHA-256, never in clear text, and it relies on the consent collected from the prospect at the source, covering the advertising measurement purpose.
It is accessible only to authorised teams at the customer company (situation C), to our technical teams strictly as required for the service and support, and to our technical sub-processors: hosting, SMS and email delivery, telephony, analytics tools. Each is bound by contractual data-protection commitments compliant with the GDPR. The list of sub-processors is available on request.
Nova platform data (leads, conversations, accounts) is hosted within the European Union and does not leave it for storage.
Some technical providers for the marketing site or ancillary services may be established outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, such transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
INVESTISSEMENT TECHNOLOGIES implements appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest, named access with limited rights, logging of sensitive actions, backups, environment segregation.
As the internet is not a completely secure environment, we also recommend protecting your device and credentials: up-to-date browser, antivirus, strong and unique passwords.

To exercise your rights: write to nicolas@wearenova.io specifying the processing concerned and the right you wish to exercise. Identity verification may be requested if there is any doubt about who is making the request.
If you are a prospect contacted by a Nova customer (situation C), please contact that company first, as the data controller, and copy us if you wish: we will pass the request on.
You may also refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
